Dispatch Periods and Delivery Times
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Please only contact us if your order has not been dispatched within 2 working days of you placing the order.
UK Delivery
Standard Delivery (£3.99) arriving 2-3 days from dispatch.
Tracked 24 (£5.99) arriving 1-2 days from dispatch.
International Delivery
Our international delivery partner is Royal Mail. Final delivery for this service in the destination country will be via the national postage provider, for example Emirates Post in the UAE and USPS in the USA.

Duties, Taxes and Returned Parcels
Please be advised that ordering from outside the UK may incur import taxes and duties. It is your responsibility as the customer to make payment for these fees. If you are unsure if you will be liable to pay import fees, we suggest you check your governments policy on importing from the UK before placing your order.
In the event your order is returned to us due to being unclaimed or an address issue, we will offer the choice of redelivery (fees may apply) or a store credit refund. If you choose to refuse your order at customs, we have the right to deduct return delivery costs from your refund where applicable.
