We're here to reassure you that the process is straightforward and easy:
- Select your box and choose your size.
- Place your order. If there are specific team items that you don't want to receive (if you already own them, for example), you can let us know in the comment box at the checkout.
- Receive your mystery F1-themed box.

We source all of our memorabilia directly from manufacturers or teams, so you can rest assured that what you're getting is the real deal.
Yes, MysteryPitStop is proud to offer worldwide delivery options. We aim to dispatch orders on the same day that the order is placed, but a recent surge in orders means it could take up to 3 days for your order to leave our warehouse.
Once shipped, international customers can expect to receive their F1 Merch Mystery Box within 7-10 working days. Please note that this time frame is only an estimate, and your parcel may take longer to arrive if the courier experiences delays (which unfortunately is out of our control).
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to request a return after receiving your item.
To start a return, you can contact us at business@mysterypitstop.com or via the contact form. Please make sure to include your order number and let us know the reason for return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
